Bowie cat, embroidered photo print

Combining 2 of my favourite things; David Bowie and cats. This is the perfect gift for the Bowie and cat lover, the cutest of cats with their very own iconic Bowie Bolt. The meowie bowie , as we like to call it!
The original black and white 1920's postcard was crying out for some colour, and the bright blue and red of the Bowie bolt seemed the perfect fir for the pop of colour needed.
The bolt was hand embroidered into the original postcard, using looped turkey stitch, before each stitch was hand cut, trimmed, and fluffed up to replicate the cats fluffy fur. The textured 3d effect of this stitch is beautifully replicated in the available prints.

The original postcard, was professionally photographed, and turned into a professionally printed giclee fine art print.

Professionally giclee printed on to beautiful 300gsm 100% cotton smooth paper.
The likeness to the original image is absolutely stunning.
