Papercutting Workshop 5th May Plant and Paint

An evening of papercutting loveliness!
Come along to the gorgeous Plant and Paint on Humber street in Hull and join me on Sunday the 5th May from 5 - 7:30 to learn the relaxing art of papercutting.

I've been papercutting for 10 years, and over the 2 and a half hours I'll share with you my handy hints and tips to get the best results from your knife and papers.
On the evening we'll go through different papercutting techniques and styles, I'll demonstrate best practice for how to hold your knife and where to start with your cutting.
Then it'll be over to you; they'll be 2 practice sheets full of shapes, wording and designs to try before cutting your template, and then you'll cut 1 of the 5 templates including in your kit.
I'll be at hand through the evening to guide and help when needed, and give advice on next steps in your papercutting.

You'll receive a papercutting Kit to take home with you, including;
An A4 cutting mat
A craft knife
Spare craft blades
A selection of plant themed templates printed on beautiful high quality paper
A hints and tips sheet to enhance your paper cutting experience
And a plastic wallet to keep your kit together.

Refreshments will be provided on the evening from the lovely flour and feast and cuppa kindness, and they'll be 10% off in the shop on the evening.

We have a seven day refund policy on our workshops:

If you cancel more than seven days before the workshop you can either get a full refund or be moved onto another date.

If you cancel less than seven days before the workshop we cannot offer refunds, no matter the reason, as it does not give us enough time to find a replacement. If you cancel less than seven days before the workshop and would like to move onto a different date, the new date will need paying for.

If we have to cancel a workshop, for any reason, we will either reschedule the workshop, move you onto another date or offer a full refund.
